Bulk Delete Callouts for Interactive AI Demos
MaybeUndo now supports bulk delete for callouts in Interactive AI Demos, adds a new docs guide for the workflow, and lets teams favorite workspaces from the Workspaces dashboard.
What changed
Multi-Select Callout Cleanup
Added bulk delete controls for callout-heavy demo scenes Editors can select more than one callout at a time before removing them This helps teams clean up AI-generated or manually drafted walkthroughs faster when a demo direction changes
Safer Delete Review
Bulk delete uses one confirmation step instead of multiple repeated delete actions Selected callouts stay visible before confirmation, so editors can review the cleanup set before removing it The delete action stays intentionally separate from ordinary text and dropdown editing
Cleaner Callout Cards
Callout cards now better separate writing, display type, position, and action choices Individual callout delete remains available from the card menu for smaller cleanup moments Bulk delete mode keeps the card layout focused on selection instead of mixing editing controls with removal controls
Focused Editing Mode
The Hotspot Builder hides writing AI assistance while bulk delete is active Neutral selection states make it clearer which callouts are selected without making every selected card feel destructive The result is a calmer cleanup flow for longer guided demos with many callout steps
What Callout Deletion Removes
Deleting a callout removes its anchor point, dot, pointer, card copy, timing, and click behavior The underlying recording or scene stays in place, so teams can clean up guidance without losing the captured demo
MaybeUndo Docs
Added docs.maybeundo.com as a dedicated home for product guides and feature how-tos Published the first guide for bulk deleting callouts in MaybeUndo
Favorite Workspaces
Workspaces can now be favorited directly from the Workspaces dashboard The dashboard includes a favorites filter and tile or list views, so active workspaces are easier to keep close Favorite workspaces help teams get back to current projects without changing the workspace contents
Why it matters
Callout editing is now faster and less repetitive: teams can select multiple callouts, review what will be removed, and delete them together instead of cleaning up guided demo steps one by one.
This release includes updates across Multi-Select Callout Cleanup, Safer Delete Review, Cleaner Callout Cards, Focused Editing Mode, and the new MaybeUndo Docs site.
